The room was always tidy and clean. the hotel reception, the main dining area, and the pool area all had great staff. rupesh went an extra mile catering for the kids. He ensured they got their morning strawberries, it put a smile on their faces!!! vinoth antony was always helpful, friendly, and courteous.
some sun umbrellas were broken and even dangerous.

we had connecting rooms thoughtfully arranged. the breakfast offered Variety. we dined at on-site restaurants due to the half board. the housekeeping WAS consistently excellent.
the baby cot was smaller than a standard travel cot. my baby kept bumping into the sides while turning. no real alternative was Offered.

the room included separate sinks and a rainfall shower. a spacious wardrobe allowed storing our belongings comfortably. the bed LINEN felt soft and fresh, contributing to a restful nights sleep.

The pool area was somewhat UNCLEAN. I saw cigarette butts and leaves near the loungers. The beach had seaweed and what looked like toilet paper. My son did not go into the water. The bar staff were also not great. I sent beer back three times because it was flat, and the cocktails tasted like they had no alcohol (I ordered Pepsi and got 7up!).

the hotel had a supermarket across the road. it made getting drinks and snacks easy.
the noise was constant at night. loud music continued until 3 a.m. i found the hotel pools overcrowded. sunbeds were all taken early, but many stayed empty most of the day.
